На базе Низкопорогового консультационного центра "РЕМАР" (НКЦ «РЕМАР») в 2021 году был создан проект социальной помощи людям, попавшим в трудную жизненную ситуацию "ПРОСТО НАЧНИ", состоящий из двух отделений.
Первое отделение – НКЦ «РЕМАР», в основу которого заложен принцип «низкого порога», оказание первичной консультационной помощи. Доступ к услугам происходит анонимно, возможно без документов удостоверяющих личность, на безвозмездной основе, с учетом особенностей поведения уязвимых групп к услугам профилактики и диагностики. Он является связующим звеном между уязвимыми группами и службами здравоохранения, социальной защиты, МВД, социальными центрами реабилитации и адаптации и другими ведомствами. Анонимная и поддержка «равных» консультантов проекта позволяет повысить уровень приверженности лечению ВИЧ-инфекции и других сопутствующих заболеваний.
За 2 года работы в НКЦ "РЕМАР" оказана социальная помощь более чем 1600 благополучателям. Из них 35% граждан, выявленных в процессе реализации аутрич мероприятий или обратившихся за помощью самостоятельно, являются постоянными (т.е. получают помощь еженедельно и несколько раз в течении месяца.
Второе отделение – стационар, куда отправляются желающие пройти курс реабилитации и полностью восстановить свой социальный статус. Процесс восстановления и адаптации в стационарном отделении осуществляется специалистами по программе социальной и духовной реабилитации и адаптации лиц, зависимых от ПАВ.
Целевые группы проекта:
1.Алко- и наркозависимые, а также лица, страдающие от иных видов тяжелых зависимостей
2.Освободившиеся из мест заключения, мигранты, лица БОМЖ
3.Созависимые лица, лица с явно выраженными тревожными и депрессивными психическими состояниями
4.Малоимущие граждане
5.Секс-работницы, лица с положительным ВИЧ статусом
6.Деструктивные семьи
7.Лица пострадавшие от COVID-19
